Pre-season/mid season spring clean. After being closed up for the winter most properties need an air out and a spring clean before the season opens. This cleaning option includes: taps & showers descaled, toilet bowls bleached, rugs rolled up and floors brushed and mopped, surfaces polished / washed, inside of fridges & microwaves cleaned, hobs and ovens cleaned, moving of furniture to clean behind, where possible, accessible windows cleaned inside and out, plastic garden furniture washed where possible

General Cleaning service. This is a basic cleaning service primarily offered to owners who may be renting out their properties. It includes cleaning of kitchens & bathrooms, hobs and ovens, mopping of floors & terraces, and emptying bins. Window cleaning, washing up, or tidying of clients’ personal effects are not included

Laundry service.   A laundry service is available although it needs to be booked in advance (ideally 10 days). Collection usually coincides with the end of each “letting” week.

Linens Service.   RPS is now able to offer a “Linens service” where you may purchase a full range of white bed linen, summer and winter blankets, together with towels of all sizes and bath mats. Also available are tablecloths, table runners and serviettes for the dining area and cushion covers to complement your lounge furniture

Swimming pool & garden maintenance services. These services varies depending on whether you are a Villa or Apartment owner. Generally Villa owners have more choice in the make up of their Pool and Garden packages, but broadly both consist of:

    Pre-season Clean and Fill of Swimming Pool   ie emptying and total clean of swimming pool, Pool spotlight check and replacement of faulty
  units. Filling the pool and overflow tank with fresh water from tanker, adding chemicals and balancing composition.

Garden Maintenance A range of options are available for the Villa owner from basic grass cutting every two weeks to weekly grass cutting, edge trimming pruning & weeding

Clean-up / disposal. This as and when necessary service enables you to get rid of unsightly garden materials, packaging or rubbish. We can supply the vehicles and manpower necessary to do the job so give us a call.

Heavy or bulky collection & delivery. Aimed at those who would buy ‘it’ if only they could get ‘it’ back to the property. Our “Heavy or Bulky” collection / delivery service our 1 tonne open-back truck and large van may be just the answer!

Tool Hire. Aimed at the DIY enthusiast, a range of tools is available for rent on a daily or weekly basis
