1. The Site is a Venue 

We are not party to any rental transaction that takes place. Our site solely allows our members (who are private owners) to advertise their properties to potential rentals. We DO NOT get involved in actual bookings and as a result the quality, legality, safety and accuracy of the adverts are the sole responsibility of the users.

2. Copyright

All content on the site eg photos, text etc is for personal use only. Copying or storing of any information is strictly prohibited.

3.Unauthorized use

The administrators of the site reserve the right to withdraw any advert that contains inappropriate content.

4.Changes to site, availability of the site

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time where we have legal, technical or commerical reasons to do so. From time to time circumstances beyond our control may result in the site being inaccessible. We will endeavour to overcome these in the least time possible but we can not guarantee continuous access.

5. User Identification

User verification on the internet is very difficult - please be aware of this and contact the owner via this site.

6. Responsibility for user contributed content

We are not respsonsible for any content that is posted by our members and we do not pre-screen the adverts. As mentioned previously we will remove any advert once brought to our attention that contains inappropriate content. Members are solely repsonsible for keeping their advert up to date and updating the information contained in it. Turkey Rental Properties is in no way responsible for the accuracy of each advert.

This site from time to time may contain links to third party sites, these links do not constitute an endorsement.

8.Content and Layout

We reserve the right to determine the design, layout and content of the site.
